Broccoli Soup
Broccoli Soup with Cheese
- Fresh broccoli florets - 2 to 3 cups
- Goat cheese/Cheddar Cheese - two thin slices
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cream (optional) - 2 teaspoon
Preparation:
- Wash the Broccoli florets thoroughly
- In a bowl of boiling water, add the broccoli florets
- Add some salt
- Once the broccoli is cooked, pour the hot , cooked florets in the blender without adding any water
- Grind the florets thoroughly
- Place the cheese slices in the bottom of a soup bowl and gently pour the thick hot broccoli soup. Add a spoon of cream over the top and serve
- Salt and pepper can be added if needed
