Tomato Curd Pachadi
தக்காளி தயிர் பச்சடி
Ingredients
- Ripe tomatoes 3-4
- Curd 2 cups
- Onion big -1
- Fresh coriander leaves - a few
Preparation:
- Dice the tomato into small pieces.
- Cut the onions into small pieces.
- In bowl, pour the curd add salt and stir lightly.
- Add the tomato and onion pieces and stir lightly.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Method 2: ( no onions)
- In a few drops of oil add a tea spoon of mustard seeds and after it splutters add the tomato pieces,a pinch of chilli powder and lightly fry them.
- In bowl, pour the curd add salt and stir lightly.
- Add the tomato and mix lightly. ( the color of the curd will become a little red because of the tomato)
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
